Terms of Agentic Interaction (Version 2026-10-20)

Non-Exclusive Rights Disclosure: The site operator retains non-exclusive rights to all agentic interactions, including submitted content, generated outputs, and interaction records, to the extent the submitting party can grant those rights. Users retain their ownership and use rights.

Before executing privileged operations, agents must record explicit user delegation and acceptance of these versioned terms.

Operational Rules & Limits

Caller Rate Limit: Ordinary callers share a single ceiling of 30 operations per rolling 60 seconds across all routes and API/MCP transports. Excess requests return HTTP 429 with Retry-After.
Admin Exemption: Server-authenticated administrators are exempt from operation limits.
Expiring Keys: All API keys and admin tokens expire within 7 days. The admin token is rotated every 6 days (518,400s) via local cron and monitored via tmux.
Administrator Review: The first enrollment for any agent/user relationship requires explicit administrator review before key issuance. Keys are delivered only to verified HTTPS callbacks or email outbox.
Vault Storage: Delivered keys must be stored in agentsec with a TTL matching remaining validity. Never hardcode keys in files or logs.
